Registration Fee Include:

For participant:

1. EARLY BIRD and REGULAR registration fee:

  • Paper(s) published in 25th IAHR Symposium proceedings.
  • Conference bag (including proceedings & abstract book)
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Banquet, Coffee breaks, Luncheons

 2. Late registration fee:

  • Conference bag (including proceedings & abstract book)
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Banquet, Coffee breaks, Luncheons

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. for LATE registration fee your paper will not be 25th IAHR Symposium proceedings. Only the abstract of your paper will be published in the 25th IAHR Symposium Abstract Book.
  2. The registration fee for participants DOES NOT include the daily tours and the post conference tour.

For Accompanying person registration fee include:

  • Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Banquet, Coffee breaks, Luncheons
  • Tour 1 - Tuesday, September 21
  • Tour 2 - Wednesday, September 22
  • Tour 3 - Thursday, September 23
  • Tour 4 - Friday, September 24

NOTE:

-    The registration fee for accompanying persons DOES NOT include the post conference tour.

 

AUTHORS – Please note the following:

In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The paper must be registered and fully paid.
  2. The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the symposium.
  3. Deadline for REGULAR registration and full payment is July 15, 2010. Deadline for final paper submission is June 30, 2010. If you do not pay the registration fee by the deadline, you will be required to pay the late registration fee. No registrations will be accepted after September 1, 2010. If you do not submit your registration and full payment by this date your paper will not be published in the 25th IAHR Symposium Proceedings.

Only one paper is covered by the regular registration fee. If the participant would like to have one additional paper (at first author or co-authors) included in the 25th IAHR Symposium Proceedings a 150 EURO fee must be payed.

  

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Registration cancellation before May 31, 2010 – 00% cancellation penalty
  • Registration cancellation after May 31, 2010 - 30% cancellation penalty
  • Registration cancellation after August 1, 2010 - 50% cancellation penalty
  • Any Refunds will only be processed after the Symposium.

Accepted payment method is only by bank transfer.

In order to pay your registration fee, first please complete the online registration form second, in order to send to you the invoice please send to the symposium secretariat the following information:

You MUST include the following information on your bank transfer documents in order for your payments to be processed: invoice number (i.e. INV: 001) and invoice date (i.e. May 3, 2010). Exemple: INV: 001/May 3, 2010.

The bank will charge an additional fee, so you must include this amount with your payment to cover the cost of bank transfer fees. Please include additional fees for both your bank and for our bank.

The completed registration form should be emailed to iahr2010@acad-tim.tm.edu.ro, or faxed to +4-0256-403692.

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged electronically with confirmation of your payment according to your registration form. Your registration will not be considered complete without full payment. If you do not receive confirmation please contact the Symposium Secretariat.
