The surroundings of Timisoara: Multiculturality and Multiconfesionalism

- Tours will be conducted in 4* air-conditioned 44-seater coaches, 18-seater sprinters or mini buses dependant on the number of delegates participate on the tour;

Note: Dress code for the tour is recommended as casual, cool clothing with comfortable walking shoes. Warm clothing for evenings is recommended.

First stop is Vinga, the village where we visit the imposing Catholic church built by the Bulgarian community.

In Bodrog will have the opportunity to visit the oldest Orthodox monastery in Romania, with uninterrupted monastic life.

We continue the trip and arrive to Radna where we visit the old monastery church Catholic Franciscan monks. If the weather is good, we climb to the beautiful medieval fortress Soimos, also admiring the beautiful view of the Mures valley (comfortable footwear is recommended).

Lunch will be served Altringen, a village founded by colonists Swabians. Last stop is at Charlottenburg, circular village, also built by settlers Swabians.
